The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes while promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and ensuring that each client receives personalized and respectful care. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, patient, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Location: Reading, PA and surrounding areas

Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities and help improve the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Follow care plans and document services accurately

Requirements:

• Must speak English
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
